Refund policy

Digital Download Refund Policy

All sales of digital products (tracks, EPs, sample packs, stems, presets) from Pangea Recordings, Inc. are final. Once the order is completed and the download link has been accessed or emailed, the purchase cannot be refunded or returned.

Limited Exceptions (Refunds Only Provided For):

• Duplicate or accidental charges – We will refund any duplicate payment immediately.
• Corrupted or unusable files – If you receive a defective file, we will provide a working replacement. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions – Contact your card provider and our support team. Verified unauthorized charges will be refunded.

EU & UK Customers – Digital Goods Withdrawal Waiver

If you are located in the EU or UK, by completing your purchase and accessing the download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your statutory right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law for digital content.

Delivery of Digital Products

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation with your download link. Links are also available in your customer account when applicable. If you do not receive your files, please contact us.

If you experience issues downloading or opening your digital files, contact us at pangea@pangearecordings.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks for valid digital deliveries may result in access revocation and further investigation. We always work with customers first, so please contact us before opening a dispute.
